I don’t normally write reviews for services rendered but I must make an exception for the workers at B&G plumbing, especially Matt who is not only an exceptional plumber but person as well. He went out of his way to work on and repair a plumbing mishap at my house. He immediately answered my call and drove out to my house to check and repair my leak. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. If you need an experienced plumber,  you won’t go wrong with B&G Plumbing with a special shoutout to Matt for being so easy to work with. You have my highest rating and respect. I was referred to B&G by Brian Brower with Idaho Fire And Flood. I’ve gotta say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a plumber yet. We had a relatively large job that needed to be done and there arose some pretty significant surprises. It would have been a perfect opportunity for these guys to take advantage of me. B&G plumbing was called to fix numerous plumbing problems at my rental home in Pocatello, Idaho.  I had received a bid that was exceptionally high from their competitor “Advanced Home Services”,  I was in shock. I decided to get a bid from B&G plumbing.And boy, I am glad that I did!  They were honest, professional technicians that fixed and upgraded my problems to code at a much more reasonable price. I needed a new water heater. Derek was efficient and had a great, happy attitude which made the process easier for me. B&G Plumbing will be my go to from now on. I called on a Sunday and Matt returned my call that evening. The 4 man work crew showed up Monday morning at 9 a.m., the next day. It was -6 degrees outside when Larry took a backhoe into the well pit back yard area, to dig up our well pump broken water line. It was on the coldest day of January 20th. 2025. It was a difficult area where also a under ground sprinkler line ran. Upon repairing the water line another break was discovered and they repaired it too. I am very happy with their experienced work repairs during below freezing work temperatures. I am happy to 5 star rate B&Gs 4 men work crew.
